Kelsey Van Patten is a contract fashion and textile designer with extensive experience in a variety of markets from mens and women's contemporary, outdoor, technical outerwear, and activewear. While earning a degree in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles, she had internships at both Steve Madden and BCBG. Following her graduation, she launched her full-time career there, where she grew more experienced in the garment industry working for companies such as Clover Canyon, and AG Jeans.

Raised in the small ski town of Stowe, Vermont, spending time outside has always been an important part of Kelsey's life. She was a competitive snowboarder throughout high school, and can be seen going on hikes, surfing, or simply enjoying the outdoors on a daily basis.  She currently resides in Encinitas, CA where she runs her freelance business.
