Kelsey Van Patten is a freelance fashion and textile designer with a foundation in technical design and development. Her experience spans a wide range of categories - from activewear and denim to cycling and technical outerwear - working across both outdoor and contemporary markets. Alongside design, she works on sourcing and development, bringing a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to the entire product lifecycle.

Raised in the ski town of Stowe, Vermont, Kelsey grew up with the outdoors as a constant. Growing up, she competed as a snowboarder and still spends most days outside surfing and exploring. That connection to the outdoors shows up directly in her work today, driving her focus on sustainable design solutions. She currently runs her freelance design business from Ericeira, Portugal.
